NNSWF Congratulates Coffs Harbour City Council

September 18th, 2017

On the conclusion of the Telstra State SAP Championships for Girls and on the eve of the FFA National Youth Championships for Boys in Coffs Harbour, we wish to congratulate Coffs Harbour City Council (CHCC) on winning the globally-acclaimed International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA) World Festival and Event City Award – for the third year in a row.

CHCC’s Sports Unit has partnered with Northern NSW Football in presenting all major tournaments from the FFA National Youth Championships for Boys, Westfield National Youth Championships for Girls, Telstra State SAP Championships for Boys and Girls at Coffs Harbour since 2006. The professionalism of CHCC and their Sports Unit is reflected in the fact that this is Council’s third successive award.

We have had another successful year of hosting all of the Championships here in Coffs Harbour wrapping up the Telstra State SAP Championships for Girls today and we look forward working with the award-winning team from Coffs Harbour City Council next week when the Boys National Youth Championships kick off.
