2018 TAFE NSW Women’s State Cup Dinner
Northern NSW Football invites all players, coaches and managers involved in the Women’s State Cup to a social networking opportunity on the Saturday evening of the event.
Join us for dinner, meet players from other participating clubs and hear from our special guest speakers surrounding injury prevention and the implementation of athlete development in clubs.
Date: Saturday, 14th July 2018
Location: Club Macquarie, 458 Lake Rd, Argenton NSW 2284
Time: 7:00pm for 7:30pm start to 9.00pm
Cost: $35 pp for 2-course buffet meal (payment to be made in advance via the below link)
Dress Code: Semiformal or club tracksuit

Please read the below information for everything you need to know about attending the 2018 TAFE NSW Women’s State Cup at the LMRFF.
Where can I park?
The parking areas are shown in red on the below map. Should the LMRFF parking become full, overflow parking is available adjacent to Speers Point Swim Centre. Additional overflow parking is available adjacent to Speers Point Park and Macquarie Field (access via Creek Reserve Road). Please be advised that no cars are permitted to park on the roads within LMRFF.
Is there an entry fee?
No, there is no entry fee to the TAFE NSW Women’s State Cup.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, LMRFF’s Sidelines Café will be open across the weekend.
Is alcohol allowed?
Strictly no alcohol may be brought into the LMRFF, however, alocohol may be purchased from Sidelines Cafe after 2pm.
Where can I smoke?
Smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of the LMRFF. Should you elect to smoke, you must exit LMRFF and situate yourself outside the black perimeter fencing and main carpark. Please be aware smoking is also not permitted in Speers Point Park.
Can I bring my pet?
Although we love all animals large and small, unfortunately, the LMRFF isn’t the place for them, please refrain from bringing them with you.
Where can I sit?
We have a brand new grandstand that has recently been erected that will provide viewers with a great view of the field. Chairs are also available in the alfresco area and both fields are viewable from the grandstand on the southern side of Field 1 and 2. You may bring outdoor chairs of your own to place on the Northern hill and grassed area adjacent to the change room area.
Player and Team Official Information:
How does my team enter the facility and change room areas?
Teams will enter the building via the front doors and are requested to proceed past the café and out towards the fields. The coach or team manager only will report to the Event Operations desk where they will complete the team sheet and information surrounding Match Day Procedures.
Where can we conduct a team meeting?
All teams are requested not to use the café area for team meetings or to commence changing. Meetings can be conducted inside change rooms or outdoors.
Where do we warm up?
Warm ups will be permitted on marked 5-a-side courts as directed by Event Management.
Can we access ice?
Your team will be provided with one bag of ice and use of an esky in your designated change room. Additional ice will be available in the First Aid Room.
Are we allowed to bring a marquee?
Yes, clubs are welcome to bring their own shade structures and erect on the hill at the northern end of the facility (refer to map above).
