#7: Young MiniRoos Stars experience the Magic of the Cup in Maitland

August 7th, 2019

On Wednesday July 31, FFA Cup Fever came to town as local NPL Northern NSW side Maitland FC played host to Hyundai A-League side Central Coast Mariners at a packed out Maitland No.1 Sportsground in the FFA Cup’s Round of 32. In front of a packed house of almost 2,800, 60 young footballers from a host of local clubs got to take the field on a magnificent playing surface and play in 6 mini matches during the Half-Time break!

Thank you to the following clubs for all their efforts in working with Alex and Annelise to make sure the night went smoothly and all the kids had a great time, especially Maitland FC on being great hosts!

> Maitland FC (4 Teams)

> Thornton JFC (2 Teams)

> Tenambit Sharks FC (2 Teams)

> Lochinvar Rovers FC (1 Team)

> Rutherford FC (1 Team)

> Seaham Bowthorne FC  (1 Team)

> Gresford Vacy SC (1 Team)
