Call for Nominations for Directors

Nominations are called for the position of Director of Northern NSW Football Limited pursuant to Clause 10 of the NNSWF Constitution.

Please be advised that:

(i) Two (2) Elected Directors, Mr Moncrieff and Mr Psarakis are required to retire in accordance with Clauses 10.4 and 10.5 of NNSWF Ltd.’s Constitution. Please note: Mr Moncrieff and Mr Psarakis are eligible to re-offer themselves for election.

(ii) Nominations are sought for three (3) Elected Director positions in accordance with Clause 10.1.

(iii) Members wishing to nominate persons for the positions are referred to the NNSWF Ltd Constitution, in particular Clauses 10.12, 10.13 and 10.14.

(iv) A nomination package is available upon request to the Returning Officer, David Eland – Company Secretary
