Cessnock City Hornets seeking coaches for 2020

Due to current growth, Cessnock City Hornets Football Club are recruiting for reliable and passionate Football Coach’s and sports trainer to join our team for 2020 and beyond.

Applicants must have great energy, strong communication and leadership skills, and possess the ability to motivate and engage footballers of varying ages listed below backgrounds and ability levels. Above all else creating an enjoyable environment for players to play, learn and socialise through Football.

Experience and qualifications in Football coaching as per listed below per age group.

 

The following Coaching positions are available for 2020 and beyond complete with Minimum requirements:

> Technical Director – B License

> Head Coach – B License

> Under 23s Coach – C License

> Under 19s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 17s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 15s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 14s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 13s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 12s Coach – C License or completing C License

> Under 10s Coach SAP – Senior License or completing C License

> Under 9s Coach SAP – Senior License or completing C License

> Club Goalkeeping Coach – Level 1 Goalkeeping Couse

> Club Sports trainer / Physiotherapist Minimum requirements – Level 1 Sport Trainer

> SAP 9s & 10s Program Coordinator

> Youth 13s to 17s Program Coordinator

 

Essential Requirements

> WWCC (Working with Children Check)

> FFA Coaching Accreditation or commitment to enrol in these coaching courses as above

> Strong sense of commitment, reliability and professional responsibility

> Strong footballing background and ability. Beyond playing ability, the candidate must have relevant coaching skills

Desirable Criteria

> First Aid / CPR Certificate

> NSW Drivers Licence and having your own reliable transport is important
