The parking areas are shown in red on the below map. Should the LMRFF parking become full, overflow parking is available adjacent to Speers Point Swim Centre. Additional overflow parking is available adjacent to Speers Point Park and Macquarie Field (access via Creek Reserve Road). Please be advised that no cars are permitted to park on the roads within LMRFF.

Smoking is prohibited in ALL areas of the LMRFF. Should you elect to smoke, you must exit LMRFF and situate yourself outside the black perimeter fencing and main carpark. Please be aware smoking is also not permitted in Speers Point Park.

Can I bring my pet?
Although we love all animals large and small, unfortunately the LMRFF isn’t the place for them, please refrain from bringing them with you.

Where can I sit?
We have a brand new grandstand that has recently been erected that will provide viewers with a great view of the field. Chairs are also available in the alfresco area and both fields are viewable from the grandstand on the southern side of Field 1 and 2. You may bring outdoor chairs of your own to place on the Northern hill and grassed area adjacent to the change room area.

Player and Team Official Information:

How does my team enter the facility and change room areas?
Teams will enter the building via the front doors and are requested to proceed past the café and out towards the fields. The coach or team manager only will report to the Event Operations desk where they will complete the team sheet and receive official accreditation. NNSWF will provide entry to the rear car park for one vehicle per team (including minibuses for travelling teams), allowing gear to be unloaded directly to the change rooms. Upon arrival at the venue, the team manager is required to phone Liam Bentley on 0448 084 562 for access to the rear carpark via the side gate.

Where can we conduct a team meeting?
All teams are requested not to use the café area for team meetings or to commence changing. Meetings can be conducted inside change rooms or outdoors. Click here to view change room procedures.

Where do we warm up?
Teams will be able to warm up on the adjacent field – Field 2.

Can we access ice?
Your team will be provided with one bag of ice and use of an esky in your designated change room.

Are we allowed to bring a marquee?
