Junior & Youth Referee 2019 Award Winners Announced

Recently, Northern NSW Football hosted the Junior and Youth Referee Presentation at the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility in celebration of another terrific, successful season of refereeing in Northern NSW Premier Competitions.

The night was a fantastic night with Senior Officer – Match Official Administration and Development Brad Carlin saying there is no doubt “we have built a great group of young match officials who get on together so well and who will go far with their refereeing.”

“I am very pleased and thankful to the success of the night as well as to the winners and those who attended,” he continued,

 

Northern NSW Football congratulates the following award winners who were recognised on the night:

Youth Referee of the Year – Riley Hungerford

Youth Assistant Referee of the Year – Zac Ambrose

Junior Referee of the Year – Blake Bull

Most Improved Youth Referee – Tom Sainsbury

Rookie of the Year – Matt Boslem

 

Merit Awards for Commitment to Refereeing – Hayden Bryant, Ayden Cutmore, Emily Hobbs and Murray Peart

 

The next Referee presentation night will be the NNSW State League Football Referees Presentation Night on Friday 27 September 2019, followed by Northern NSW Football’s Awards Evening, The Jennings Medal on Friday 18 October 2019.
