Lochinvar Rovers FC have been presented with their Certificate of Achievement for Level 2 Accreditation in the Football Federation Australia (FFA) National Club Accreditation Scheme by Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) Club & Referee Development Officer Ross Hicks.

The process of achieving this accreditation involved collaboration between the Club and Ross Hicks, towards meeting criteria of Teams Entered, Club Management & Governance, Child Protection, Accredited Coaches, Safety & Risk Management and Promoting Positive Behaviour & establishing a Strategic Development Plan for the club.

Lochinvar are the first community club in the Newcastle/Hunter area to achieve Level 2 Club Accreditation status.

“The club were highly motivated and their optimism was hugely beneficial in working towards achieving Level 2 Club Accreditation,” NNSWF Club & Referee Development Officer Ross Hicks said.

“The club carried out the FFA Club Accreditation process with great enthusiasm and with a genuine interest to improve their club. Club representative (Lisa Duhig) & the club committee completed the process thoroughly and diligently and I would like to thank them for their efforts,” concluded Hicks.

The Club and its members should be extremely proud of this achievement. Northern NSW Football congratulates all of those involved.
