Newcastle Jets Women to touch down in Hunter Valley

This Saturday, Hunter Valley Football is celebrating Female Football Week with an open invitation for all female footballers in the region to converge on Lochinvar Sports Centre for a kick around with Newcastle Jets Westfield W-League players Cassidy Davis and Jenna Kingsley as well as Hunter Valley Football’s Lochinvar Rovers Football Club.

The day will be running from 10am till 12pm will twenty (20) minute skill sessions for females between the ages of under 6 to 13 years which will also include a ten (10) minute photo and autograph opportunity at the end of each session.

This will be a great opportunity for young females to come along and learn all the pathways of which football can lead to, as well as being able to register to play for Season 2016.

The set times of sessions are as follows:

  • 10:00am – 20 minute session Under 6 and Under 7 10:20am – 10 minute opportunity for photos and autographs for the kids,
  • 10:30am – 20 minute session Under 8 and Under 9 10:50am – 10 minute opportunity for photos and autographs for the kids,
  • 11:00am – 20 minute session Under 10 and Under 11 11:20am – 10 minute opportunity for photos and autographs for the kids,
  • 11:30am – 20 minute session Under 12 and Under 13 11:50am – 10 minute opportunity for photos and autographs for the kids.
