February 19th, 2019

Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) Technical Advisor Leo Bertos extends an invitation to registered coaches in the Hunter to join him and National Premier Leagues (NPL) Northern NSW’s Edgeworth Eagles Head Coach Damian Zane for a Free Newcastle Permanent Community Coaching Master-Class, proudly presented by Newcastle Permanent, our Official Partner in Community Football across Northern New South Wales.

WHERE: Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility, Speers Point
TIME: 6.00pm – 8:30pm, Friday 1 March 2019

Leo is an ex New Zealand international footballer with a 15 year professional career including playing in the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals. He holds the AFC/FFA A Licence and oversees the Skill Acquisition Program in our region while also overseeing the Emerging Jets SAP program and coaches in the Newcastle Jets Academy.

Damian is NNSWF’s four-time winning NPL Northern NSW Coach of the Year and has led his club into four back-to-back Premierships and Grand Finals.

Both Leo and Damian will hold a workshop that will include both theory and practical sessions.

The workshop will be ideal for community coaches of youth and senior teams.

The topic will be how to incorporate conditioning and finishing in your training session.

Leo and Damian will provide a brief introduction/overview of the session to attendees and will be available for questions at the conclusion of the session.
