Position Vacant – Football FIVE5 Duty Manager (Casual)

NNSWF seeks to appoint casual Duty Manager/s to oversee the conduct of Football Five5 leagues at the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility (LMRFF), which are currently conducted from 4pm on weekdays. The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that every aspect of the leagues is conducted professionally and that the participant’s overall experience is enjoyable. The role will also be central to maintaining the LMRFF’s status as one of Australia’s best football facilities.

A strong interest in football (and sport generally) together with a desire to build a career in sports administration from the “ground up” would be desirable.

Key tasks include:

  • Preparing the pitches for play
  • Liaising with players
  • Accepting match payments
  • Coordinating referee appointments
  • Recording and uploading match results
  • Processing and directing casual court hire
  • Trouble shooting
