Top match officials of the year acknowledged at The Jennings Medal 2018

Three of the best Northern NSW Football referees were honoured at last Friday night’s The Jennings Medal event held at Wests New Lambton receiving awards for their contribution and success in 2018.

Elanor Hayes

Stephen Laurie

Stephen Laurie was awarded the Referee of the Year award for the second year running which caps off a tremendous year for him after being promoted to the Hyundai A-League for the coming season while Elanor Hayes won the Female Referee of the Year adding another milestone to her continuing extensive list of achievements.

 

 

 

Daniel York

Daniel York, who is originally from Northern Inland Football, won the Youth Referee of the Year in a year that saw him officiate in the FFA National Youth Championships and the 18 Years NPL Northern NSW Grand Final.
