Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, execution and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns and activities across various digital channels and platforms to support the strategic objectives of NNSWF.

The role will involve collaborating with other members of the Communications, Media & Marketing team, as well as internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure the delivery of effective and engaging digital content and communications to target audiences.

What will you be doing as Digital Marketing Coordinator:

• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns and activities for NNSWF, including NNSWF social media channels, premier competitions social media channels, website updates, email and SMS marketing campaigns and digital copywriting.

• Collaborate with other members of the Communications, Media & Marketing team, as well as internal clients and external stakeholders, to develop and deliver engaging digital content and communications that align with NNSWF's brand, values and strategic objectives.

• Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and activities, using relevant analytics tools and metrics and adjust tactics as required to optimise outcomes.

• Manage the community football digital program, including developing and delivering digital content and communications to support the participation, development and retention of grassroots football players, coaches, referees and volunteers.

• Support the production of digital content for NNSWF events including live streaming, video highlights, social media coverage and photography.

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in planning, executing and evaluating digital marketing campaigns and activities across various channels and platforms, including social media, email and SMS marketing, website content management and digital copywriting.

• Strong knowledge of and interest in football and the ability to apply this knowledge to the development of engaging digital content and communications for various target audiences.

• High level of proficiency in using relevant digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management software, email marketing software, content management systems and graphic design software.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and engaging digital content, collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders and present ideas and results in a professional manner.

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Regional Football Coordinator - Northern Inland

Reporting to the Regional Football Manager – Northern Inland, the Regional Football Coordinator – Northern Inland will provide administrative and competitions support as well as ongoing club development to Clubs in the Northern Inland region of Northern NSW, with a particular focus on delivering sustainable competitions and building the capacity of Community Clubs and the recruitment and retention of playing and non-playing participants at all levels within the football family.

In the area of Community Football, Northern NSW Football in collaboration with our Clubs, Volunteers and other stakeholders aims to implement sustainable programs of excellence which aim to optimise the participation and enjoyment of players, coaches, and volunteers at the grassroots of the Sport throughout Northern NSW.

What will you be doing as Regional Football Coordinator – Northern Inland:

  • Deliver community football matchdays at centralised match venues.
  • Assist in the operational functions of competition management including fixturing, rescheduling and discipline.
  • Use of and club support for online systems including Squadi and PlayFootball.
  • Administration of Match Official appointments.
  • Coordinate the delivery of participation programs including Gala days, Kick on for Women & other similar programs.
  • Delivery of Summer Football
  • Assist in implementation of female football strategy.
  • Promote and deliver Football Australia’s National Club Development Program (Club Changer) throughout Northern Inland.
  • Promote & coordinate activities & initiatives that assist in improving the experience of all participants throughout Northern Inland. Eg: Shoosh for Kids campaign.

About you:

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly written and presentation.
  • Knowledge of the Football Australia’s National Club Development Program (Club Changer).
  • Ideally have a proven track record of working in community sport.
  • Hold experience working with community sporting clubs or within club structures.
  • Understand club development issues and challenges faced by community sporting organisations.
  • Knowledge of the structure of football throughout Northern NSW.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. Working with Children); and
  • A passion for football, particularly at a community level

  • Be engaged in work during weekends throughout the community football season.

Casual Coach - Sporting Schools

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our casual workforce team. In this role, you will deliver fun, engaging, and inclusive football sessions to primary school students as part of the Sporting Schools programs and other community programs delivered by Northern NSW Football. We are looking for coaches from all across our NNSWF region including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley, Northern Inland, Mid North Coast, North Coast and Far North Coast.

Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator

What is the role's primary purpose?

The Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator provides administrative and communication support to the Disciplinary and Integrity Manager and independent panels in line with Service Agreement criteria. This role focuses on case management, hearing coordination, and accurate communication between Zones, clubs, and NNSWF. The role will service as an initial point for general complaints handling which can either be investigated or passed through to Member Zones.

What will you be doing as Disciplinary & Integrity Coordinator:

  • Register and manage referrals from Zones and premier competitions.
  • Prepare and distribute hearing notices and outcomes.
  • Coordinate panel logistics and communication.
  • Maintain case records and assist with reports.
  • Ensure transparent communication with Zones and stakeholders.
  • Assist the Disciplinary and Integrity Manager in maintaining red card data base/s and processing sanctions in an efficient and timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities:

Disciplinary Administration Processes:

  • Process Match Day infringements, Code of Conduct complaints and Appeals of sanctions issued
  • Maintain independence, fairness and discretion in dealings with all stakeholders. o Ensure Disciplinary offences are recorded accurately and notices issued in a timely manner.

Managing Complaints:

  • Ensure incoming general complaints are received and recorded accurately.
  • Ensure complaints are dealt with and /or escalated in a timely manner.

Disciplinary Hearings:

  • Liaise with stakeholders and Disciplinary panels in the convening of Disciplinary and / or Appeal hearings.

Reports:

  • Provide stakeholders with reports on outcomes, trends and risks.
  • Maintain data bases efficiently and accurately.

Key and skills Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good conflict resolution abilities.
  • Process driven with strong attention to detail.

General Assistant

What is the roles primary purpose?

This position supports the upkeep, cleanliness, and professional presentation of the Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility (LMRFF). The General Assistant focuses on cleaning duties essential to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-standard environment for players, officials, and visitors.

What you will be doing as a general assistant:

  • General cleaning of entire precinct including changing rooms and toilets
  • General maintenance
  • Office and seminar room set up
  • Maintenance of sponsor signage

Primary responsibilties:

Cleaning & Hygiene Maintenance:

  • Regularly clean and tidy public areas, including seating zones, walkways, changerooms, and amenities blocks.
  • Empty rubbish bins and recycling stations around the facility and replace liners as needed.
  • Wipe down high-touch surfaces such as handrails, door handles, benches, and tables.
  • Monitor toilet paper, soap, hand sanitiser, and paper towel supplies in restrooms and replenish as necessary.
  • Spot-clean synthetic turf areas or paths for spills, rubbish, or mud build up

Event and Matchday Preparation:

  • Ensure changerooms and public areas are clean and stocked before and after games or events.
  • Assist with post-event clean-up, including removing litter from spectator and player areas.
  • Support the cleaning and reset of rooms for back-to-back usage (e.g., multiple matches in a day).

Presentation Standards:

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and presentation in line with Northern NSW Football expectations.
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues (e.g., overflowing bins, blocked toilets, damaged equipment) promptly to supervisors.

Key Attributes:

  • Good eye for detail and pride in keeping public spaces clean.
  • Ability to follow routines and work unsupervised when needed.
  • Friendly, respectful, and reliable team player.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather.
  • Physically able to lift light loads (e.g., bin bags, cleaning supplies).

Requirements:

  • Availability for weekday evenings and/or weekends.
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • First Aid (desirable, not essential).
  • Prior cleaning, hospitality, or venue maintenance experience is an advantage.
