Kick-On for Women
No football or sport experience is required to enjoy Kick-On for Women.
To encourage more women to become involved in football (soccer) that weren’t already playing or wanted it to fit into their busy lives, we developed a low-impact social and accessible version of the game to get them started.
Aimed at women aged 16 years and above, Kick-On for Women is a 45-minute commitment each week, held after typical office hours. It gives all players the opportunity to focus on improving their own fitness and wellbeing in a judgement-free and social playing environment.
The program has a strong focus on fun, inclusion and friendship and is a popular way for women to stay active, energised and connected.
