Regional Junior Talent Support Program

Northern NSW Football is excited to announce the Regional Junior Talent Support Program.

Targeting players in the Skill Acquisition Phase, the Regional JTSP will look to identify players in the age groups of Under-9s, 10s, 11s and 12s.

It is important to note, the purpose of the Regional JTSP is to supplement and not replace or interfere with club and zone training commitments. The Regional JTSP will target one day in the school holidays in a ‘gala day’ style approach where players can attend as an individual and showcase their talents with and against other individual players.

The Regional JTSP program will provide players, in addition to their existing club or zone participation, a high-quality, learning environment that will supplement their normal training loads.

The Regional JTSP will underpin the TSP and support the clubs in their player development by identifying and showcasing talent at the U9 – U12 stage.
