NNSWF Futsal Championship
The Northern NSW Football Futsal Championship is a new structured youth futsal competition aimed at providing a clear pathway from community participation to elite competition.
The competition will provide a consistent and structured futsal competition across northern NSW, creating a clear player pathway from club futsal through to NNSWF representative teams and the Football Australia National Futsal Championships.
The NNSWF Futsal Championship will be split into two conferences:
Designed for clubs across Newcastle and the Hunter.

How the competition works:
Matches will have 25-minute halves
Five-minute half time
One hour fixture window
Qualified referees on every game
Under-13s boys and girls
Under-15s boys and girls
Under-17s boys and girls
These age groups support long-term player development and provide a clear progression pathway towards senior men’s and women’s futsal.

NNSWF Futsal Finals
The inaugural Northern NSW Finals will be held in Port Macquarie on 12 and 13 December 2026.
The top two teams from both conferences will qualify in every age group.
