Indigenous Round

Celebrate and recognise the contributions of First Nations members of our community with Indigenous Round. 

Indigenous Round is happening 18 – 20 July 2025.

With a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion, Indigenous Round provides an opportunity to recognise the history, culture, and achievements of First Nations participants. 

Ideas for your club:  

• Engage a First Nations artist to create an Indigenous Round kit 
• Invite local Indigenous Elders to speak or give a Welcome to Country 
• Hold a smoking ceremony 
• Perform an Acknowledgement of Country prior to games
• Invite First Nations dancers to perform
• Invite stall holders that showcase Indigenous culture
