Daughters and Dads Football is for girls aged 5 to 12 and their father/father figures. The program will teach young girls soccer skills, social-emotional wellbeing and how to wear their "gender glasses" to honour their unique experiences in the world.

MiniRoos Kick-Off for Girls
This introductory program creates a pathway for girls aged four-nine to get into football. The program is delivered in a safe and inclusive environment.

Aimed at women aged 16 years and above, this program is a low-impact social and accessible version of the game. The program has a strong focus on fun, inclusion and friendship and is a popular way for women to stay active, energised and connected.

Summer Football provides players and clubs the opportunity to continue playing their favourite sport during the spring and summer months. It comprises of modified formats to cater for all players.

Women's Leadership Program
The Women's Leadership Program supports and empowers women in football to have a stronger, more positive influence on the sport. The program will support over 50 women to reach their leadership potential over two programs in 2023.

Women in Football Scholarships
Coaches, referees and administrators can access a range of education and upskill opportunities through the Women in Football Scholarship Program. The Program supports women to start or continue their coaching, refereeing or volunteering journey through financial support for a range of courses.
