“The under-13s, under-15s and under-16s boys all fell at the quarter-finals but did a fantastic job getting through their group stage. I am hopeful they will end the competition on a high when they contest the shield semi-final tonight.
“Having two of our girls teams in the semi-finals today is a fantastic progression in our second year returning to the tournament.
“I’m so proud of all the players and coaches for how they’ve represented Northern NSW Football. Everyone is going away with their heads held high and with determination to improve next year.
“Good luck to the under-13s girls and under-15s girls Red in their semi-finals and the boys in their shield matches.”
