NNSWF Futsal Manager Damon Shaw said he was proud of the way the teams competed and embraced the challenge on day one.
“NNSWF had a mixed first day, with all teams finding their feet and some playing on court together for the first time,” Shaw said.
“All three girls teams secured strong wins, while the boys found it tough against more experienced opponents.
“The boys now have a great opportunity to learn from today’s results and the girls will be hoping to build on a positive start.
“I’m looking forward to seeing how our teams grow and improve from day one.”
