Northern NSW Football is delighted to announce that its 2025 National Premier League Northern NSW season will be broadcast through new provider Live Graphic Systems (LIGR).
NNSWF participated in Football Australia’s national tender process which aimed to standardise production and streaming across all men’s and women’s NPL leagues to enhance consistency, broaden reach and maximise the commercial potential of the NPL level across the country.
LIGR offers live sports production solutions to sporting organisations and the companies that serve them. Their mission is to make it simple to create high-quality sports broadcasts without the need for hardware, designers, skilled graphics operators or developers.
LIGR have sourced DoubleTake Sports as NNSWF’s new production company, which will oversee the on-ground filming of matches throughout the season, ensuring high-quality coverage of games. DoubleTake Sports is Australia’s leading provider of livestream and digital-first broadcast production, proudly serving major sports leagues nationwide.
NNSWF have appointed Chris Macpherson as its lead commentator for all NPL NNSW Men’s and Women’s Match of the Round fixtures for the 2025 season.
All NPL NNSW Men’s and Women’s match livestreams will now be housed on the NNSWF YouTube channel.
NNSWF CEO Peter Haynes was pleased to make the announcement.
“We are excited to have LIGR and DoubleTake Sports on board as our new production and streaming partners,” Haynes said.
“We are confident that their expertise will elevate the broadcast quality of our premier competitions and key events in northern NSW.
“Aligned with NNSWF’s Strategic Plan, we are committed to showcasing our game by enhancing accessibility and increasing overall viewership. In 2025 all NPL NNSW Men’s and Women’s first grade and reserve grade matches will be broadcast free of charge via NNSWF’s YouTube channel.
“I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to BarTV, our long-term production partner for their ongoing support of NNSWF and their dedication to grow and showcase the game in northern NSW.”
NNSWF General Manager Football Operations Liam Bentley looked forward to another thrilling NPL NNSW season.
“We are excited to partner with LIGR and DoubleTake Sports to broadcast all of our NPL Men’s and Women’s NNSW reserve grade and first grade matches,” Bentley said.
“It is great that the whole football community will have free access to watch all of our NPL NNSW matches at anytime, anywhere through the NNSWF YouTube channel.
“Through LIGR, all NPL NNSW clubs will have access to view and create match highlights that they can use for tactical analysis or social media purposes.”
