The Northern NSW Football State Coaching Conferences will return to regional northern NSW in 2026, giving coaches another opportunity to learn from industry leaders and strengthen their approach ahead of the 2027 season.
The Regional State Coaching Conference will be held in the Football Mid North Coast member zone in South West Rocks for the first time on Sunday 18 October.
The State Coaching Conference is a full day of informative lectures and practical workshops led by leading coaches and industry experts, providing participants with new insights, ideas and methods they can take directly into their own programs.
NNSWF Technical Director Ryan Doidge said he looked forward to bringing the Regional Coaching Conference to South West Rocks for the first time.
“This conference is a great opportunity for coaches in the region to step outside their usual environment, hear different perspectives and take away ideas they can apply to their own programs,” Doidge said.
“We’re particularly excited to bring the conference to South West Rocks and provide coaches in the region with access to high-quality professional development closer to home.
“I encourage coaches to come along with an open mind, challenge their thinking and consider how they can adapt what they hear to suit their own players, teams and environments.
“It is also a fantastic opportunity to network with other coaches, share experiences and continue building a strong coaching community across regional northern NSW.”
