Northern NSW Football has conducted a draw for the preliminary round six and seven of the Australia Cup 2024.
The draw was broadcast live on Thursday morning, with nine teams from across the football community involved in the draw, representing the Northern and Southern Conference.
The round six matches will be played on the 6th of June and the round seven matches will be played on the10th or 12th of June.
In round six NPL NNSW side Broadmeadow Magic will welcome community side Alstonville FC to Magic Park, while the winner of NPL NNSW sides Adamstown Rosebud and Lambton Jaffas will host Zone League Two club Newcastle Croatia FC.
NPL NNSW teams Newcastle Olympic and Charlestown Azzurri will go head-to-head at Darling Street Oval, while NPL NNSW side Edgeworth FC will travel north to face community club Inverell FC.
In round seven the winner of Broadmeadow Magic and Alstonville will host the winner of Adamstown Rosebud or Lambton Jaffas and Newcastle Croatia.
The winner of Inverell FC and Edgeworth FC will travel to take on the winner of Newcastle Olympic FC and Charlestown Azzurri.
There are seven knockout rounds to decide the two NNSWF representatives that qualify for the national round of 32.
The two national round representatives will also play off in the NNSWF State Cup final to crown a NNSWF cup champion. The best-performing community team from the Northern Zone will also face off against the best-performing community team from the Southern Zone for the Community State Plate.
