NSW Football Legacy Program to offer opportunities to clubs in 2023

The NSW Football Legacy Program will offer clubs a number of opportunities to work with Northern NSW Football to help drive increased participation and retention for women and girls in 2023.

Australia co-hosting the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup with New Zealand will help give players and clubs the chance to take part in a number of programs.

NNSWF Legacy Development Officer Helen Moseley said there was plenty of excitement around opportunities in 2023.

“It’s obviously an amazing thing for Australian football that we are co-hosting the World Cup and even better than that are the opportunities that are going to arise out of that,” Moseley said.

“From funding through participation and infrastructure grants to scholarships and training courses as well as the already incredibly popular and successful Daughters & Dads Program, there really is something for every club.”
