It’s just the beginning

2023 will be a watershed year in female football and women’s sport in Australia. The opportunities a home World Cup presents cannot be overstated, and Northern NSW Football is ready to capitalise.

According to Rosnell the scale of the opportunity is only matched by the enthusiasm of the Legacy Team.

“Our team of four have a massive 2023 and 2024 planned. Daughters and Dads Football will be significantly scaled up across NSW, we will deliver millions of dollars in grants to improve facilities and female outcomes, award hundreds of scholarships, offer places in the Women’s Leadership Program and provide more opportunities for First Nations participants to shine,” Rosnell explains.
