FMNC Finals Series Procedures
- In ALL Competitions, in the event of a draw at full time, a five (5) minute break will be taken then two ten (10) minute halves with no break will be played.
- If the scores are still level after extra time, then a penalty shoot-out, conducted under FIFA rules, will take place to decide the winner.
FMNC Special Competition Regulations
These regulations are to be read in conjunction with the FFA Statutes, the FFA National Registration Regulations and the Football Mid North Coast Competition rules. Participants should have an understanding of the FFA Disciplinary Regulations, Grievance Resolution Process, and the National Code of Conduct. FMNC and its members are bound by these regulations and procedures. Where an area is not specifically addressed, FIFA rules will apply.

Concussion Resources
Northern NSW Football has developed a new concussion education video to help clubs, coaches and volunteers around our region identify and act on conclusion-related instances on the pitch.
This information comes from Football Australia's guidelines for community football based on the Australian Concussion Guidelines for Youth and Community Sport issued by the Australian Institute of Sport.
This educational video is aimed at assisting in the management of sports-related concussion and does not replace the need to seek medical assessment.
