Close premiership races in community NCF competitions

A number of North Coast Football’s community premierships are coming down to the wire on the eve of this season’s finals series.

The Coffs City United Pride lead the Bellingen Bats and Sawtell Stingers by two points in the 12 Boys 2nd division competition.

It’s another close premiership race in the 13 Boys 1st division, with the Northern Storm Tornadoes and Coffs City United Pride both on 33 points.

The 15 Boys premiership is also coming down to the wire, with the Sawtell Scorpions leading the Coffs Coast Tigers by a single point.

The Men’s 3rd division South premiership is also up for grabs, with the Nambucca Strikers sitting three points ahead of the Northern Storm Troopers.

North Coast Football’s community seasons continue this weekend with the finals series set to kick off in October.

Coffs Coast juniors conclude on Saturday, 17 September, with the seniors concluding on Saturday, 24 September.

Community football semi-finals get underway on Friday, 7 October, with the grand finals to be played on Friday, 21 October, and Saturday, 22 October at the Ce.x Coffs International Stadium.
