Cooks Hill United, Weston Bears and Newcastle Jets are ready to represent northern NSW in the 2025 Hahn Australia Cup national round of 32.
The draw was made on Wednesday night with Weston to face a tough test when they travel to Melbourne to take on NPL Victoria leaders Heidelberg United.
Cooks Hill have a trip to South Australia to face NPL SA side Adelaide Croatia Raiders.
Newcastle Jets will host fellow A-League Men’s club Adelaide United.
The Hahn Australia Cup 2025 national round of 32 will be played over two weeks from mid to late July with fixture details to be confirmed.
This will be the first time Cooks Hill and Weston have represented northern NSW in the national competition.
A late goal by Xavier Williams saw Cooks Hill down Broadmeadow Magic 2-1 in their round seven preliminary match to qualify as one of NNSWF’s two representatives in the national round of 32.
Weston advanced after a thrilling penalty shootout with Edgeworth Eagles, securing a 3-1 victory on penalties.
Northern NSW Football General Manager Football Operations Liam Bentley wished Cooks Hill and Weston the best for their national round of 32 fixtures.
Four 2025 Hahn Australia Cup round of 32 matches will be broadcast exclusively on Paramount+, while 12 matches will be available to watch on 10play.
