Female Football Week 2025 officially kicked off today with lots to celebrate and showcase across the northern NSW football community.
Female Football Week will take place from Friday 2 May to Sunday 11 May, with the week an opportunity to showcase the talent and passion of female footballers, coaches, referees and volunteers across northern NSW.
There are a range of activities and events planned including gala days, referee and coaching masterclasses, networking events and awards.
NNSWF Participation & Women's Football Officer Serena Carter looked forward to another successful Female Football Week in 2025.
“Female Football Week is a great opportunity to showcase the passion and talent of female footballers, coaches, referees and volunteers in the northern NSW community,” Carter said.
“There is an activity or event for everyone, from grassroots players to elite athletes. Make sure not to miss out on this amazing opportunity to be a part of an incredible celebration of women’s football in northern NSW.”

Promoting the week on social media with assets provided to clubs
