Football Mid North Coast is excited to host Northern NSW Football in our region to deliver two Women and Girls Participation Workshops.
‘We tried to deliver these workshops throughout 2025 but with the wet weather and the hectic end to the season, calendars became too cluttered to accommodate.’ said FMNC General Manager Phillip Andrews
‘In 2025 31% of all registered FMNC players were women and girls. This is above the average for NNSWF but there is still a lot of work to do in gaining parity with male player registrations. This workshop gives players, referees, administrators and coaches the opportunity to work with NNSWF staff to identify the strengths and weaknesses of women and girls football across our region.’ said Andrews
The two workshops will be delivered at the following venues.
3rd February 2025
6pm – 8.30pm
Taree Institute Bowling Club, High St, Taree
4th February 2025
6pm – 8.30pm
Panthers Port Macquarie, Bay St, Port Macquarie

We encourage all clubs across the FMNC region to get involved in these workshops and help shape the future of women and girls' participation.
