North Coast Football teams won all five matches against their neighbors, Mid Coast, in the Premier Youth League at the Coffs Coast Synthetics on Sunday.
The under-15s opened the day with a 1-0 win over Mid Coast. A precision pass from Marc Rogers found Dan Ruiner on the edge of the penalty area. Ruiner pivoted 180 degrees and fired the ball into the bottom corner.
The under-13s, playing simultaneously, found themselves 1-0 down after 43 minutes. Myles Reedy sparked the comeback with a volley from a corner kick in the 46th minute, and from that point on, North Coast didn't look back.
From that point onwards, it was smooth sailing for North Coast, who scored 15 more goals and conceded only one in the following three fixtures.
The under-14s won 6-0, the under-16s won 5-1, and in the final match of the day, the under-18s won 4-0.
