Become a Referee in 2025 - Upcoming Referee Courses
FMNC have two in-person course modules coming.
Interested people will have to complete the online modules and then register for the in-person course module.

To become a referee, you must be at least 13 years of age.
You need to complete the six free C0 Laws of the Game online learning modules. You then need to complete the four paid C3 Junior Football Match Official online learning modules and attend a three hour C3 course.
You will need to Learner Northern NSW account set up.
The Learner Northern NSW account gives the potential new referee access to the six, free C0 online Laws of the Game modules, the first step in becoming a new match official.

Once etrainu sets up the account, a participant should then be able to access the six, free C0 online Laws of the Game modules.
Upon completing all six modules, the participant can then select which upcoming C3 Junior Football Referee Course he or she wishes to attend (courses can be found listed in etrainu or on our NNSWF website), register for it and pay the $183 for his or her training, clothing, equipment, registration and insurance. Upon payment, the participant will then be able to access their second set of four online C3 Game Management modules before they attend the C3 course.
