Maintaining relentless pressure, Jarred Kohler doubled the lead in the 23rd minute with a well-executed goal, propelling the Storm to a comfortable 2-0 advantage heading into halftime.
In the second half, Mark McCarthy turned from provider to scorer, adding the third goal and further solidifying the Storm's dominance at 3-0.
Jamie Kennedy and Adel Leyaghat then put the finishing touches on a memorable day for Northern Storm contributing two more goals to seal the emphatic 5-1 victory.
